Process Development Facility

Florida Biologix® has approximately 5,000 square feet of controlled access, Process Development Laboratories located in a separate building adjacent to its cGMP manufacturing facility. This facility has separate client specific project rooms and houses state-of-the-art process equipment which includes:

• 10L BIOSTAT B-DCU Bioreactor
• AKTA Pilot Chromatography skid and collector
• Millipore Cogent M- Tangential Flow Filtration System w/ Masterflex Console Drive
• Thermo 6ft and 4ft Class II, A2, BioSafety Cabinets
• Thermo Stericult Class 100 Incubators
• Thermo 4° C and 20° C refrigerators
• Thermo -20° C and -80° C freezers
• Sorvall RC6 and Thermo Jouan GR4i Centrifuges

The Process Development facility also houses a quality control laboratory to perform a variety of tests.
