Sterile Fill and Finish

We can aseptically fill a variety of parenteral drug products using automated fill technology housed in our ISO 5 environment. These include:

Monoclonal Antibodies
Recombinant Proteins
Natural and Synthetic Peptides
Natural Products
Antigen Vaccines
Small Molecules, Oligonucleotides, and Plasmid DNA
Buffers and solutions

Depending on the bulk substance and fill volume, up to 5,000 glass vials can be filled/day. Semi-automated and manual fills are also available. Small fills of powders or other non-liquids are possible.

Maximum quantities for fill batches vary based on fill volume and desired container type (glass vial, bag, syringe, bottle, cryovial etc.).

NEW CAPABILITY - We can manufacture and fill up to 1000L batch sizes of sterile buffers or solutions and fill various bag sizes (100 mL to 3L).
